In all segments AQUANOVA AG offers applications where the emphasis is on various main areas. AQUANOVA AG regards the further development of these applications and their underpinning with the respectively required research and analyses as a significant criterion for success in its business.
Among these are solutions which have their emphasis in the technical improvement of raw material quality and production. These include particularly antioxidation agents, especially for oils and fats. With the ascorbic acid solubilisate from AQUANOVA AG a clearly better effectivity is achieved than with currently available, comparative solutions. Furthermore, due to their liquid form and the possibility of direct incorporation without further additives, the solubilisates facilitate simplification of the production. Other technical applications relate to achieving industry-specific advantages, such as for example the improved and faster reddening of sausage products through the use of a solubilisate developed for that purpose.
These include solutions which put the emphasis on the improvement of end product properties, such as increasing the bioavailability (for example for coenzyme Q10 in the field of nutritional supplements), the introduction of health promoting substances in foodstuffs (for example for creating new functional foods), the creation of qualitatively new properties (for example vitamin E for use in clear beverages) and the reduction of active substances (for example for pharmaceutical substances for obtaining the same effect with less active ingredient).
Solubilisation development (services):
Whereas the technical and functional applications are generally realised through AQUANOVA's own products, AQUANOVA AG offers its expertise and the solubilisation technology also as a service. Within this framework primarily customer-specific raw and active substances are checked for their solubilisation properties and, where required, are developed and marketed in co-operation with the respective customer.
